The weather icon indicates the status of the project.

1.Rainy
Task is not complete even at the scheduled date of completion.
Preceding task does not complete when scheduled start date is coming.
Scheduled completion date of the preceding task is set newer date than the scheduled start date of this task.

Scheduled completion date of this task is set newer date than the scheduled completion date of this project.

2.Cloudy
Task is not started even if it becomes the scheduled start date.
Half of the scheduled period has passed, but task progress is yet "working”. (Its time for review by now.)

3.Sunny
Other than those above.

For projects or folders, it will be rainy icon, if it has rainy icons task.
It will be cloudy icon, if it has not rainy icons but has cloudy icons task.
Otherwise, it will be sunny icon.
